Digital Associate I, MLDOps

About the Role

Participate in data collection activities.

Adhere to compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Maintain high internal process quality by performing quality audits and verification.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Track annotation and data collection queries and share them with relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Track daily task completion status using recommended tools and provide individual status reports.

Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements to ensure zero risk to customer data and Amazon.

Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.

Provide specific, timely feedback to streamline existing processes and help the team achieve consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and audit tasks based on SOP.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Windows desktop environment
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Web browsers: IE, Firefox
• Experience with automation and version control tools OR experience with programming or scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, and/or PHP).
