This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The trainer will design and deliver training modules on networking fundamentals, network security, and cybersecurity concepts, using lab-based, practical exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare training materials.
• Conduct classroom and lab sessions.
• Mentor learners and assess performance.
• Provide feedback to improve learner skills.
• Update course content based on emerging threats and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine lab environments.
• Support learners with doubts and projects.
• Maintain a professional learning environment.
• Document training outcomes.
• Contribute ideas to enhance Sparktales Solutions’ training programs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cybersecurity and Network Security skills, with a clear understanding of core security principles and frameworks.
• Network Security skills, including secure network design, configuration, and monitoring.
• Application Security skills, focusing on secure software practices and protection against common vulnerabilities.
• Malware Analysis skills, including identifying, analyzing, and explaining malware behavior.
• Solid understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, structured language and engage learners with practical examples.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CEH, or similar are desirable.
