About the Role
The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and its delivery partners, representing Amazon to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
- Expedite prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
- Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
- Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning.
- Identify trends to suggest process improvements.
- Troubleshoot delivery partner issues.
- Identify delivery partner concerns.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Windows XP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Internet Explorer.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
- Ability to concentrate – follow customer issues without distraction to resolution.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience in logistics.
- Experience in an operational role.
