Associate ERP Business Analyst I

About the Role

The Associate ERP Business Analyst I will provide IT operational, maintenance, and project support for the Source-to-Pay (STP) business processes and systems, including SAP Materials Management and Purchasing (MM) functionality. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the ERP application environment supporting the STP process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide execution of IT support, maintenance, and project activities within the global ERP Source-to-Pay business process environment, aligning with organizational strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Investigate and assist in resolving system-related issues.
• Collaborate with business representatives and IT teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that support business processes.
• Support and maintain MM functionality, configuration, and technical objects within SAP.
• Guide business users in developing test and training plans and materials.
• Assist with SAP testing and quality monitoring activities and procedures.
• Provide functional assistance to the reporting team and end-users to meet MM and overall Source-to-Pay reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation of system design and changes related to MM configuration, developments, and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP or other ERP system experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Office tools experience (0-2 years required).
• SAP Materials Management (MM) and Purchasing functionality.
• Source-to-Pay (STP) business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from a four-year college or university required.
• MIS preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of preferred degree.
