About the Role
Ligna is a design-focused brand built on creativity, craftsmanship and contemporary design. We’re looking for an HR Executive to help us build a strong team and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, documentation and exits
- Implement HR policies and ensure labour compliance
- Handle employee relations and engagement
- Coordinate recruitment, HRIS records and HR reports
- Support and coordinate the sales team on performance and targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Prior HR experience (design, creative or consumer brands is a plus)
- Strong communication, organisation and discretion with confidential data
- Experience coordinating sales teams
