About the Role
You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team, responsible for the administration of health claims. This team is involved in core claim processing, including registering, editing, verification, evaluation, examination, and litigation of claims. The role includes the administration of health, life, and property & casualty claims.

- Administration of health, life, and property & casualty claims
- Solving routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Working within your own team and direct supervisor
- Receiving detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
- Making decisions that would impact your own work
- Acting as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Shift Timings: 9 pm to 6 am IST (US PST Time zone, 1 hr later during Daylight Saving)
- RTO: 100% RTO for first 6 months, then Hybrid based on performance
Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare appeals, claims processing, medical billing, or a similar role within a health insurance company.
