What You'll Do

• Help plan and carry out internal audit engagements for clients.
• Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Evaluate internal controls and test their effectiveness.
• Use AI and spreadsheet tools to analyze data and flag irregularities and risks.
• Document findings and help draft audit observations and reports.
• Suggest practical improvements to processes and compliance.
• Organize working papers in line with professional standards and firm policies.
• Work with senior auditors and interact with client teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI Tools
• Spreadsheet Tools (e.g., Excel)
• Word Processing Tools (e.g., Word)
• Tally (advantage)

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com graduates, or CA / CMA students (Inter level or articleship stage preferred).
• Good understanding of financial statements and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools in daily work. Prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Clear communication in English and Malayalam.
• Integrity, a willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
