Junior Engineer

About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role in Faridabad.
• Assists in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components and machinery.
• Supports senior engineers in daily technical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update mechanical drawings.
• Coordinate with the production team.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collect and document technical data.
• Assist in basic project planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of industrial machinery.
• Skills in Machine Design.
• Basic mechanical component selection.
• Skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating and modifying technical drawings.
• Project Management support, including task tracking and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical documentation.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
