About the Role
As a Candidate Experience Admin at Databricks, you will be the engine powering in-person recruiting efforts, focusing on physical logistics and execution to deliver a smooth, error-free onsite candidate experience. You will be one of the primary points of contact for candidates visiting our offices, partnering with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch interviewing experience. This is a 6-month contract role.
Location: San Francisco or Mountain View office, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal).
- Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
- Manage physical logistics and in-person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting.
- Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs.
- Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience programs.
