Field Executive

Role Description

The Field Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bally Jagachha. The primary focus is on driving adoption and usage of PhonePe's products among local merchants and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting merchants and partner locations.
• Onboarding merchants to PhonePe solutions.
• Assisting with app setup.
• Educating merchants on product features and best practices.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants.
• Addressing merchant queries or issues.
• Collecting feedback from the field to improve customer experience.
• Supporting promotional activities.
• Ensuring visibility of PhonePe branding.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet growth and service targets in the assigned territory.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic digital literacy and comfort using smartphones, apps, and online tools.
• Fluency in local language.
• Working proficiency in English or Hindi.
• Willingness to travel within Bally Jagachha and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Territory management and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to follow operational processes.
• Ability to provide accurate reports and updates.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Higher education in business or commerce is an advantage.
• Prior experience in field sales, FMCG distribution, financial services, or digital payments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work on-ground as per business needs.
