About the Role
The Marketing Team Member will support PhonePe’s growth initiatives by contributing to marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and merchant-focused programs in Delhi, India. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze customer behavior.
- Support sales enablement efforts.
- Help organize events or activations to drive adoption of PhonePe products.
- Prepare marketing reports.
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Provide feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-informed marketing activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Market Research skills.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in fintech or consumer technology, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
