About the Role
PhonePe is seeking enthusiastic candidates to drive rural business growth in Sihor, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding merchants.
- Promoting QR, Soundbox, Loan, and KYC services.
- Field sales and merchant visits.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence for field visits.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or fintech.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged.
- Good communication, relationship-building, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field sales and merchant visits.
