Key Responsibilities

• Analysis, design and detailing of structural elements of High rise/Tall buildings.
• Handle projects from the preliminary stage.
• Prepare reports, designs, and drawings of structural elements as dictated by Project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, service consultants, and site teams to reach agreement on safe designs and their integration with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
• Perform analysis of building materials for use in construction.
• Develop specifications for use during construction.
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Determine the cause of structural failures, damages, and defects through site investigations.
• Provide reports detailing investigations and assessment of damages to the structure.
• Verify/Certify design calculations and analysis.
• Approve/Select appropriate construction materials in coordination with the peer head.
• Monitor the preparation of civil structural BOQs and technical deliverables for operating jobs.
• Communicate the design of a structure through drawings and specifications to the site team.
• Monitor and inspect work from time to time.
• Review project deliverables and objectives.
• Update peer head on project progress.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of software like ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE.
