About the Role
- Join our International Voice Process team in Hyderabad.
- Seeking customer-oriented professionals with a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
- Achieve performance targets while maintaining service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong English Communication (C1-level preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Experienced candidates with at least 6 months of experience in International Voice Process or International Customer Support are preferred.
- Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with international customers.
