About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with good English communication skills who are looking to start or build their career in the international BPO.
Walk-In Details:

- Timings: 11 AM to 2 PM
- Interview Location: Sutherland-9th Floor, NSL-2, NSL Arena, Uppal
- Work Location: Uppal
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Provide accurate information while following process guidelines.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies and process requirements.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Work effectively as part of a customer service team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and comprehension abilities.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office.
