Creative Designer

About the Role

Sam Tech Datasys Academy is seeking a full-time, on-site Creative Designer based in Noida. This role involves developing visual concepts and designs for various digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and designs for marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and training materials.
• Create graphics and layouts for digital and print media.
• Design brand-aligned visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to translate ideas into clear, engaging design outputs.
• Work on web and interface layouts.
• Refine design concepts based on feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Prepare files for production or publication.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to enhance the academy’s visual identity and learner experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Graphics creation, including icons, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Experience in Branding, including developing and maintaining visual identity, guidelines, and brand assets.
• Knowledge of Web Design principles, including layout, usability, and responsive design for web and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, Sketch, or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual outputs.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across graphic design, branding, and digital design.
