About the Role
This is a full-time, remote role for a Medical Scribe Quality Assurance professional at Round The Clock Healthcare. The focus is on reviewing and validating clinical documentation produced by medical scribes.
Key Responsibilities
- Auditing medical records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documentation standards.
- Verifying correct use of medical terminology and alignment with clinical workflows.
- Providing constructive feedback to scribes.
- Identifying documentation trends or issues.
- Collaborating with supervisors to develop improvements and training materials.
- Refining quality metrics.
- Supporting compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Contributing to efficient documentation processes that enhance home health operations.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in home health, clinical quality assurance, or medical scribe supervision is beneficial.
- Relevant education or certification in healthcare, medical scribing, or a related field is preferred.
