Graphic Designer

About the Role

Melblok is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and compelling graphics to support the marketing and branding efforts of a premium skincare brand. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date. It is a growth position with opportunities for rapid progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for various digital platforms, including social media posts, Meta ads, websites UI, and email marketing.
• Create print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and outdoor ads.
• Extensive photo editing of product shoots.
• Support the creation of multimedia presentations, including pitch decks.
• Conduct competitive analysis, mood board designing, and research industry trends and best practices.
• Coordinate with social media, performance marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, PR, and internal and external creative decision-makers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Software Proficiency: All major Graphic & Video Editors including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, & Photoshop.
• Experience Areas: Ad Design, Brand Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, Packaging design, Logo Design, Print Design, Web Design, WordPress Design, 3D Design, Boucher Design.
• Knowledge of Autocad is a bonus.
• Experience with 3D is a bonus.
• Working Hours: 5 days work week. Saturday & Sunday off (except during live events or as required).
• Location: South Delhi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with extensive editing experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong creative outlook with the ability to visualize abstract ideas and understand channel requirements.
• Ability to understand customer viewpoints and "elite" thinking for premium brand creatives.
