Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service: greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
- Assisting with e-commerce shopping and order pickup processes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of store areas, including parking lot and carts.
- Supporting store maintenance and janitorial duties to ensure a safe environment.
- Helping at the customer service desk with inquiries and returns.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
- Promoting store products and offerings to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cashier or accounting roles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
