Key Responsibilities

• Tele-calling:
• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to introduce services.
• Follow up on leads and fix appointments.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
• Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Answer client questions.
• Resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up regularly.
• Office Operations:
• Manage daily office work, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain basic records.
• Data Management:
• Collect data from websites, directories, and other online sources (data scraping/research).
• Clean, organize, and keep data up to date.
• Reporting:
• Maintain updated call logs, lead lists, and client databases.
• Prepare simple daily and weekly reports in Excel.
• Documentation:
• Draft letters, emails, quotations, and presentations as needed.
