About the Role
The GEN AI Developer will design, build, and optimize generative AI solutions that support Bootup Nexware’s demand generation and marketing operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves developing and integrating AI models into internal tools and client-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and experimenting with neural network architectures.
- Implementing NLP-based features.
- Refining pattern recognition systems to improve data quality and lead scoring.
- Translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions through close collaboration with software developers, data engineers, and marketing teams.
- Monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously enhancing model accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, APIs, and version control.
- Skills in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for designing, training, and evaluating generative and predictive models.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text processing, language modeling, and prompt engineering for generative AI applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python.
- Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to translate business needs into technical specifications and experiments.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments, working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and following secure, compliant development practices is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver practical, measurable AI solutions are highly valued.
