IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified IT professionals while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced recruiters to develop their recruitment skills and build a successful career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer rollout.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates experience, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and closure.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job profiles.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Monday to Friday (30 October): 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
