Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and research-driven Speaker Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and onboard influential speakers for Veloxx Media's conferences and industry events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to build strong connections with CXOs, government officials, policymakers, industry experts, and thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential speakers relevant to upcoming conference themes.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of CXOs, government officials, policymakers, founders, and industry experts.
• Reach out to prospective speakers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Build long-term relationships with speakers and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate speaker invitations, confirmations, biographies, presentations, and session details.
• Work closely with the Conference Production team to curate high-quality agendas and speaker line-ups.
• Track speaker acquisition progress using CRM and reporting tools.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with confirmed speakers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless speaker participation before and during the event.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and influential leaders across sectors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Confident in cold calling and professional outreach.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
