About the Role
The Civil Finishing Engineer will oversee and manage all finishing works at project sites, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and interior/exterior civil finishes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all finishing works at project sites.
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and other engineering teams.
- Plan finishing activities, resource allocation, and coordination of contractors and vendors.
- Inspect ongoing work and resolve site issues.
- Maintain timelines and cost control for finishing works.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support site meetings and client inspections.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and standards.
- Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, collaborating with site, structural, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery.
- Experience in building construction and finishing works, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills to interact with stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools) is an advantage.
