About the Role
Join FlyWings Simulator Training Centre Limited (FWSTC) as a Tele Caller Executive in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a Full-Time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates interested in aviation training.
- Explain aviation courses, training programmes, and company offerings.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and handle enquiries.
- Maintain accurate calling records and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams and achieve calling targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Prior telecalling experience.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior telecalling experience, preferably in aviation, education, training, or customer service.
- Candidates with relevant aviation-sector telecalling experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
