About the Role
This is a temporary operator position at Emerson. The role involves responsibilities within the assembly shop and coil shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with the company's safety, health, and environmental management regulations.
- Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop per direction/schedule.
- Perform product assembly and basic equipment operation.
- Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, and Molding machine.
- Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for both coil shop and assembly shop.
- Adhere to all quality standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- 0-2 years experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
- Willing to work on a shift basis.
- Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 3 Kilogram weight.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
Qualifications
- B.E/B. Tech/Diploma/ITI or any degree.
Work environment: Manufacturing environment
The position requires flexibility and may rotate responsibilities within the position.
