About the Role
Chipotle is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for customers.
- Work at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is a plus, but not required.
