The Role

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, your initial focus is new customer acquisition. You will:

• Work directly with prospective customers, representing telecom services.
• Identify customer needs and explain available solutions to grow the client's customer base.
• Engage in customer-facing sales, not a traditional desk-based role.
• Progress to account development, training, campaign performance, and team leadership based on performance and leadership ability.

What You'll Do

• Acquire new customers through face-to-face sales and customer engagement.
• Represent telecommunications products and services professionally.
• Educate prospective customers on available services, promotions, and solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options.
• Develop relationships with prospective and new customers.
• Support customer retention and overall account satisfaction.
• Track customer acquisition and account performance.
• Meet individual and team sales objectives.
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory and market expansion.
• Learn campaign operations from customer acquisition through account development.

Growth Responsibilities
