About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise sessions.
• Design safe and effective workouts for different fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique.
• Prepare class plans.
• Set up equipment.
• Monitor participant safety.
• Provide real-time coaching and motivation.
• Engage with clients before and after sessions.
• Answer fitness-related questions.
• Support personal training or small-group programs as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to maintain studio standards, support member retention, and contribute to a positive, energetic training atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction.
• Skills in Personal Training within the Fitness Industry.
• Strong Customer Service and client interaction skills.
• Relevant certifications in group fitness, personal training, or sports performance (e.g., recognized national or international fitness certification).
• Good knowledge of exercise science, basic anatomy, and safe training practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse groups.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Prior experience in a gym, studio, or sports performance environment is preferred.
