Creative Technologist

About the Role

AI video creation is rapidly evolving. This role focuses on making AI-generated content indistinguishable from human-created content. You will work with clients to understand their needs, create initial content, and then develop repeatable workflows and pipelines for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk into a client conversation, extract their core needs, and define a production specification.
• Build the initial version of content, prove its creative viability, and then transform it into a scalable production process that maintains quality.
• Develop a complete pipeline encompassing briefs, references, key frames, shots, and final video.
• Ensure visual consistency across entire scenes, including characters, environments, and cinematic language, even in long sequences.
• Direct AI models using prompts, references, and workflows to consistently produce production-ready shots.
• Build workflows that clients can run unattended, pause, and resume without losing progress.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience beyond AI experimentation; ability to build and deploy real systems for user adoption.
• Understanding of cinematic principles, including lens choices and camera movements, and the rationale behind them.
• Comfort in client-facing interactions, including discovery, brief translation, presenting work, and incorporating feedback.
• Ability to document processes, including schemas, steps, and gates, to enable others to execute them.
• Practical experience overcoming challenges in generative video, such as drift, geometry distortion, and continuity issues.
• Capacity to grasp and manage an entire system without requiring an engineering background.

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in directing, cinematography, editing, or brand production.
• Background in client-facing roles or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with structured data and schemas.
