About the Role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program provides recent engineering graduates with hands-on experience in manufacturing and would be deputed to our state of the art solar module facility in Jaipur or Solar Manufacturing Cell or Module at Dholera. This program aims to develop strong foundational knowledge for a successful career in manufacturing. This program prepares trainees for long-term careers in manufacturing, equipping them with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production activities.
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in quality control and inspections.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Contribute to process improvement.
- Work across departments to gain technical skills and understand manufacturing processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full Time BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics & Mechanical.

- Open for 2026 Passout Only.
- Location: Jaipur & Dholera.
