About the Role
Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in St. Charles, Missouri. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Complete resident rounds at the beginning of shift and every 2 hours
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas
- Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
