The Role

We’re seeking a Staff Physical Therapist who wants to specialize, not burn out. Perfect for new graduates seeking a clear specialty path or experienced therapists seeking an alternative to high-volume clinics. You’ll be trained to become a headache & migraine specialist and play a key role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and build tailored treatment plans.
• Provide 60-minute, one-on-one sessions emphasizing manual therapy and patient education.
• Participate in specialized training in headache and migraine therapy.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance patient care and clinic services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active or eligible Colorado PT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine interest in specializing in headache and migraine treatment.
• New graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000/year.
• Plus 10% revenue share (full-time typically $90,000–$110,000/year).
• $2,500 sign-on bonus (paid after 90-day probation).
• Continuing education reimbursement (“CE grant”).
• Half-days every Friday.
• 36-hour full-time workweek.
• Direct-pay model minimizes note-taking at home.
• In-person work location.
