About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to drive online visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities.
• Monitor and optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and internal linking structure.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with content writers and designers to create engaging marketing materials.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, digital marketing, and search engine algorithm changes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
• Understanding of keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign management.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from Pune preferred.
