About the Role
Hiring enthusiastic candidates for an International Semi-Voice Customer Support Process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Provide customer support and assistance for Healthcare, E-commerce, or Banking processes.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow process guidelines and meet service quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working in US Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
- Work Location: Bharathiya City, Nagawara, Bengaluru.
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th / PUC / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
- Candidates without an experience letter may also be considered, subject to eligibility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 32,000 per month (Take-Home) + Incentives.
- Includes night-shift allowance, as applicable.
- Additional incentives.
- No sales targets.
