About the Role

Pro Soccer Academy is seeking a full-time, on-site Football Coach based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions to develop players’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills.
• Align training sessions with the academy’s curriculum.
• Organize drills, supervise matches and scrimmages.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with staff to schedule training and prepare for tournaments.
• Ensure player safety and maintain a disciplined, inclusive environment.
• Communicate regularly with academy management and families.
• Contribute to leadership activities.
• Promote the academy’s values and standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated expertise in Football Coaching and Football.
• Experience leading training sessions for youth or amateur players.
• Strong Coaching and Training skills, including session planning, progression design, and player development across different age groups.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with players, families, and staff in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage groups and enforce discipline positively.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful training atmosphere.
• Physical fitness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Relevant coaching certifications or licenses (e.g., national or international football federation badges) are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience working in an academy or club setting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of modern coaching methodologies and sports science basics is beneficial.
• Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• International coaching exposure is considered an advantage.
