About the Role
URGENT HIRING: Outbound Sales Process
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking queries.
- Provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic/Average English communication required.
- Graduate in any stream; freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills (Versant Level 4).
- Flexible for rotational shifts.
- Must be available without long leaves for the next 6 months.
- Immediate joiners only.
- No pursuing candidates.
Experience
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of mandatory sales experience.
Shift & Compensation
- Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Fixed)
- Week Off: 1 Rotational
- Salary:
- Fresher: 15,000 In-Hand
- Experienced: 17,000 In-Hand with PF | 22,000 CTC
