About the Role

PlanetSpark is seeking Part Time Maths Tutors for a Work From Home opportunity. The role focuses on equipping children with 21st-century life skills, emphasizing mathematical literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Nurture essential 21st-century life skills by teaching math as a dynamic, engaging, and practical subject.
• Conduct interactive demo classes using real-life scenarios.
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Facilitate personalized regular classes, blending foundational concepts with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Provide insightful guidance to students to improve mathematical reasoning and build a growth mindset.
• Adhere to punctuality and professionalism in delivering both demo and regular classes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Laptop with a webcam and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• Availability to work six days a week, including weekends.
• Willingness to dedicate 3-4 hours daily to teaching.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in math or a related field.

Shifts Available (IST)

• 3pm to 10pm (India kids)
• 6pm to 11pm (India kids)
• 6pm to 11pm (Europe/UAE kids)
• 10pm to 2am (US/Canada Kids)
• 4am to 8am (US/Canada Kids)
