Data Analyst Trainee

About the Role

This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst at MedTourEasy AP. The trainee will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and operational data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing basic data analysis.
• Preparing statistical summaries.
• Supporting the creation of dashboards and reports.
• Helping interpret data insights.
• Contributing to data modeling activities.
• Communicating findings in clear formats.
• Documenting methods.
• Maintaining data accuracy.
• Collaborating with senior analysts on ongoing projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world datasets.
• Basic Data Modeling skills, including understanding of data structures and relational concepts.
• Clear and effective Communication skills for presenting data insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in global healthcare systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about healthcare data and regulatory considerations is an advantage.
