About the Role

• This is an in-person, full-time role from our Noida office.
• Candidates must be able to bring their own functioning device for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our internal team to support day-to-day client requirements related to Brand Marketing, Generative Engine Optimisation, ORM, and community growth for clients in the Fintech segment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ORM.
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing brands' reputation.
• Manage, track, and monitor brand mentions and sentiment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of Reddit is crucial.
• Deep understanding of financial markets (e.g., Equity, Bonds, Mutual Funds, F&O).
• Experience or understanding of online reputation monitoring, crisis management, and brand positioning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
