Sales Development Executive (SDE)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successfully on-boarded apartment communities. You will interact with apartment associations, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Management Committees (MCs), and facility managers, understand their requirements, demonstrate our software application, and support the conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet apartment association members, RWAs, Management Committees, and facility managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for decision makers.
• Follow up with qualified prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Convert assigned leads into active apartment communities.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate the application's features and benefits effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth customer on-boarding.
• Develop referral opportunities within existing apartment communities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Achieve assigned sales and on-boarding targets.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Product demonstrations conducted.
• Qualified leads converted.
• Apartment communities on-boarded.
• Demo to on-boarding conversion rate.
• Revenue generated from on-boarded communities.
• Referral opportunities generated.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months of experience in sales, business development, field sales, SaaS, real estate, or community management is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and professional interpersonal skills.
• Good relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable meeting customers and travelling locally when required.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
