Procurement Executive, MEP & Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

The Procurement Executive – MEP & Interior Fit-Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and interior fit-out materials, equipment, and services, in line with project specifications and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and interior fit-out materials, equipment, and services.
• Identifying and evaluating suppliers.
• Obtaining and comparing quotations.
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
• Tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
• Coordinating with project managers, quantity surveyors, and engineering teams to align procurement plans with project schedules and technical requirements.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records.
• Monitoring supplier performance.
• Supporting cost optimization.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement software tools.

Qualifications

• Strong purchasing knowledge, including Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for cost comparison, vendor evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in procurement for MEP and interior fit-out works within the construction or real estate sector.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, BOQs, and project drawings related to MEP and interiors.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, or a related field.
