About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Articleship role based in Ahmedabad.
• Opportunity to learn and get exposure in the fields of Audit & Assurance (Statutory & Internal Audits) and Tax & Regulatory (International Tax, Transfer Pricing, M&A).
• Offers all-around learning and exposure, including opportunities to work on projects such as Cross Border Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Ind-AS Advisory in addition to regular Audit and Tax work.
• Emphasis on Trainings and participation in client meetings.
• Designed to provide structured training, hands-on client work, and close mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

• Assisting in statutory and internal audits.
• Performing testing of internal controls.
• Reviewing internal financial controls.
• Supporting Ind-AS and accounting advisory work.
• Helping document and review standard operating procedures.
• Participating in ERP and technology reviews.

Tax & Regulatory (Direct Taxes)

• Domestic and Corporate Tax matters.
• Tax Compliance & Return Filing.
• Tax Advisory & Planning.
• Representation & Litigation Support.
• International Taxation & Transfer Pricing.
• Corporate Restructuring & Transaction Advisory.
• Trusts, Societies & NGOs Compliance and Litigation.
• Opinion drafting.

Tax & Regulatory (Indirect Taxes)

• Compliance Services.
• Transaction Structuring in Green Field and Brown Field Projects.
• Customs & Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
• Advance Ruling Applications.
• Indirect Tax Health Checks / Due Diligence.
• Departmental Audit Assistance.
• Litigation & Representation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or having completed relevant professional studies (e.g., CA curriculum) with a strong interest in Audit & Assurance and Tax & Regulatory.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting standards (including Ind-AS), auditing principles, internal controls, and basic corporate taxation.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with ERP systems or audit tools is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• High learning orientation.
