Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.

• Ability to manage recruitment activities independently while working remotely.
