About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Mumbai. The Sales Employee will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and build long-term relationships with customers across target industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client packaging needs.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and production teams.
- Ensure timely order follow-up and closure.
Qualifications
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities, including maintaining accurate records and working with basic sales and productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site, travel for client visits within and around Mumbai, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries, is highly beneficial.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
