Sales and Marketing Representative

About the Role

Water-City Blaze is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative to join its face-to-face team in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk with customers in person in busy public spaces across Tampa Bay.
• Introduce customers to client products, services, and exclusive offers.
• Sign up new customers.
• Answer customer questions on the spot.
• Generate new leads for the brands you represent.
• Build brand awareness through every conversation.
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• No previous sales or marketing experience is required.
• Full, structured training is provided.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• A real people person, confident speaking with strangers.
• Great at building rapport and strong communication skills.
• Positive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn.
• Enjoys a busy, fast-paced day on your feet.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, call centers, team sports, or volunteering is helpful but not required.
