Job Title: Process Associate / Sr. Associate
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
About the Role
Join Digitel Media LLP for an international BPO role supporting a US campaign focused on lead generation. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with US-based clients via inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and customer support.
- Build rapport and maintain excellent communication with customers.
- Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication.
- US Shift Hours: Comfortable working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- On-Site Work: Ability to work on-site.
Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate/Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
