Full stack developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and prior experience in the Fintech industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building and scaling fintech products, financial technology platforms, payment solutions, or API driven systems. Candidates currently working in the Fintech industry, preferably within a similar business domain, will be strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who understands fintech workflows, financial integrations, and the technical challenges associated with secure and scalable financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, third party services, and financial technology solutions.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.js or similar frameworks.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Implement secure, reliable, and high performance systems for financial transactions and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to deliver fintech solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and maintain code quality.
• Ensure data security, transaction integrity, and compliance with relevant technical and security standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and backend development.
• Proficiency in React.js and frontend development.
• Experience in REST APIs, API integrations, authentication, and middleware.
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL/NoSQL, and application architecture.
• Experience with Git, deployment processes, and cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Fintech Industry Requirement

• Prior professional experience in the Fintech industry is mandatory.
• Candidates from companies working in payment gateways, payment aggregators, digital payments, banking APIs, fintech infrastructure, money transfer, merchant solutions, AEPS, DMT, or financial services technology are highly preferred.
• Experience with financial APIs, bank integrations, transaction processing, reconciliation, or payment workflows will be a strong advantage.
