About the Role

A Business Studio is seeking a full-time, on-site Photo Editor for their Pune City location. This role is responsible for managing the complete image editing workflow, ensuring visual assets align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end image editing workflows, including retouching, color correction, cropping, and formatting for digital and print use.
• Organize and maintain image libraries.
• Perform photo research to source relevant visuals.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Provide basic photography support and video editing for marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
• Meet deadlines, follow creative briefs, and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience in Photo Research, including sourcing, curating, and organizing images.
• Fundamental Photography skills, including understanding composition, lighting, and framing.
• Working knowledge of Video Editing for short-form content, marketing videos, and basic motion graphics.
• Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a strong sense of color, layout, and branding.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or a degree in Photography, Design, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
