Role: Content Designer (Intern)

• Duration: 90 Days
• Compensation: Paid
• Start Date: November 1, 2026
• Location: Bangalore
• Target Audience: Freshers ONLY

Key Responsibilities

• Creating intuitive & simple user content – static, video, interactive – using Lumos.
• Visualizing user journeys and bringing them to life through appropriate design work, leveraging Lumos, client requirements, scripts, and problem context.
• Anticipating functional challenges, and testing and refining learning modules and journeys to enable achievement of business outcomes for each learning module.
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements based on ideal user journeys, in collaboration with stakeholders, to deliver highly impactful learning modules.
• Illustrating design ideas using diverse visual, auditory & interactive elements on Lumos.
• Conducting research (primary and secondary) to continuously improve functional designs for high-impact learning experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, and other software tools used for image and video generation, including GPT, KLING, etc.
• Individuals who have worked on and delivered completed portfolios during project work are requested to share the same as part of their CVs.
• Self-driven individuals who are curious about technology and able to explore user journeys and user-centric design.
• Ability to come up with high-quality solutions for challenging problems.
